Unlike most ‘off the shelf’ website packages, we’re actually a real business. We’re called Advantix Consulting, we have over 40 real clients which we speak to most the time and there’s 2 of us full-time, however we’ll be working with anywhere between 20-100 designers or coders at any one time, making us one of the larger web companies in our area.

We have multiple phone lines and our clients have our mobile numbers in-case they need help. We’re sad and work all the time so you get help quicker and your emails answered faster.

Officially, we offer email and phone support 10am – 6pm Monday – Saturday. Unoffically, we’ll help if you need it, regardless of the situation.

We’re big enough to handle a large number of clients and operate effiently, but small enough to be working on the front-line handling support.

Support and quality control are the two most important things in our business. We put out great products and support them incredibly. We’ve yet to have a support complaint, it’s not to say we won’t someday but in 5 years, we must have something right.
