| Q: Can I choose how the site will look? |

| A: YES: There are a number of core layouts to choose from, each being hand designed. After that you can choose from a number of colour schemes and can modify the wallpapers of your layout meaning that even two sites with the same layout wouldn’t look the same. |

| Q: Can I upload my own company logo? |
|
| A: Absolutely! We will automatically resize it so it fits perfectly into your chosen design. |

| Q: How many pages can I have? |
|
| A: If you have EasySite Premium, as many as you like, with unlimited sub-pages. If you’re still using EasySite Free, then you’ll be limited to two pages and no sub-pages. |

| Q: I’m a tradesman and like to show my work, can I have a photo gallery? |
|
| A: Of course! Inside the ‘Pages’ area, just start uploading photos. The second you do, your gallery will automatically switch on. Don’t worry about the size of the images, just upload them and the system will resize them and put them in a beautiful photo viewer, making it really easy for your visitors to flick through your photos |

| Q: Can I try it out first? |

| A: Sure! Just sign up for a free account, give it a go. If you like it, and need more pages, upgrade. If not, delete your account. |

| Q: If I upgrade to EasySite Premium, can I downgrade or cancel? |
|
| A: Yes, we don’t believe in tying people into contracts – that’s for corporates!
To cancel: Just click the ‘Account’ tab and click ‘My Subscription’ from there click ‘Cancel account’ – we’ll keep your data and images for 30-days in case you change your mind, after that it’ll be gone forever!
To Downgrade: Click the ‘Account’ tab, go to ‘My Subscription’ and click ‘Downgrade’. This will unsubscribe you from your monthly payments and downgrade you to an EasySite Free account.

| Q: What will my web address be? |
|
| A: To start with it’ll be http://sitename.easysitehq.com – You’ll choose this when you create your site. You can buy a domain name anywhere plug it into your EasySite. All instructional videos and tutorials are available in the ‘Account’ then ‘My Domain’ section. If you get stuck, call us. |

| Q: My cousin’s girlfriend’s brother says he’ll build me a website in exchange for a crate of beers, why shouldn’t I go with him? |
|
| A: For starters, you’ll have to wait for him to drink the beers before he starts work. You can get almost anyone to build a website these days, but if you want to actually generate enquiries, not live in fear of it going down and be able to call a REAL BUSINESS to get issues resolved – You should probably go with a real company. We recommend going with us |

| Q: What if I want to go elsewhere? How will I get my stuff back? |
|
| A: If you decide you want to go elsewhere, no problem – You can download all your images into a zip folder and export all your content into Microsoft Word ready for your next web designer. |

| Q: I’m one of those guys that HAS to get a discount on everything I buy. I need a discount! |

| A: Sorry, you’re not getting one... Unless you refer two new paying customers to us, if you do then your account will automatically prompt you to cancel your subscription. If you’re an EasySite Free customer, then it’ll automatically upgrade you. How about that for a discount! Free! |
